Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Packaged securely in original packaging

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal
  2. Print the prepaid return label (domestic orders only)
  3. Securely package your items
  4. Drop at any authorized carrier location

Refund Process

  • Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final sale (no returns/exchanges)

Exchanges

We currently offer:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color exchanges (for same style)
    Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Include all customs documentation
  • Refunds exclude original shipping and duties

Damaged/Defective Items

For quality issues:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the defect
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label

Return Exceptions

These items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale merchandise
  • Personalized/custom items
